I use various assessment tools to track progress; however, I strongly believe that the most meaningful measure of success is the client’s own experience—the changes they notice in their daily life. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their thoughts and observations, as this feedback is essential for achieving lasting outcomes.
I am trained in a wide range of effective and results-driven therapeutic modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, HeartMath, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and The Flash Technique.
